We will have people directing traffic to parking areas

Generally not, since the hotel food service requires advance notification for banquet food preparation.
Q: Where can I eat dinner if I am not interested in eating at the fine restaurant in the hotel?

Q: Can I exhibit at the flea market without reserving a space in advance?
Yes. You may purchase both Registration and Exhibit tickets at the entrance to flea market.

Q: Can I obtain a hotel room without reservation when I arrive?
Probably not. The hotel is usually sold out by convention time.
Q: Will there be DXCC card checking at the convention ?
YES. both Saturday and Sunday mornings, with a 120 card limit per person.
Q: I have been told that admission tickets are only available in advance are not available at the door. Is that true?
You've been told wrong. Tickets are always available throughout the convention.
Q: How do I get a Flea Market Space?
Go to the registration page and purchase all of your tickets, including flea market spaces.
Q: How do I become an inside exhibitor?
If you were an inside exhibitor at the 2006 Boxboro Hamfest you should have received a packet in the mail with all the information that you will need to become an exhibitor in 2008. If you have not been an inside exhibitor in the past, please e-mail your request to our exhibitor coordinator,

Q: I have heard that all of the motels/hotels are sold out. Can I still get a reservation in the local area?

Q: I have my tickets, but I find that I am now unable to attend. Can I get a refund?
No. Boxboro ARRL Convention tickets are non-refundable. We suggest you find another ham to purchase your unneeded tickets.
Q: Is there AC power available in the outdoor flea market?
Your flea market parking permit does NOT include power. There are no power connections available in the flea market area.

NO. There is not a shuttle bus. It is only a short walk from any of the parking areas to the hotel.
